Delete your data

You can delete your online account for any of our games, together with everything saved with it.

In the game

1. Open the game and go to Settings.
2. Open the Online section.
3. Tap Delete online data, then confirm.

For Pupvilla's online world, email us your pup's name instead; we'll delete its world profile.

This permanently removes, for that game: your player ID, display name, friend code, cloud save, leaderboard scores, friends and blocks, guild membership, gifts, and your shared town or village. If you lead a guild, leadership passes to another member. Progress saved on your phone stays there until you delete the app.

By email

If you no longer have the game, email us from any address with the game's name and, if you have it, your player ID. We'll delete the account within 30 days and confirm by email.

What we keep

Deleted data disappears from our database right away and from our backups within 7 days. We may keep a player report about your account if it's needed to keep other players safe. Server logs are deleted within 14 days.

Accounts that aren't used online for 24 months are deleted automatically. See our privacy policy for details.
