Terms of use
By playing our games you agree to these terms. They're written to be read, so here they are in plain English.

Playing our games
Nothing Ordinary Studio gives you a personal, non-transferable right to download and play our games on your own devices for non-commercial use. Don't copy, resell, reverse-engineer or modify the games except where the law allows it. The App Store's or Google Play's terms also apply to your download.
Your online account
Online features use a guest account that's tied to your device. Keep your device secure: anyone with access to it can use your account. If you delete the game or reset your phone without a way to restore it, you may lose access to your account. Contact us and we'll try to help.
Playing fair and being kind
When you play online, please don't:
- pick a display name or guild name that's offensive, hateful, sexual, or pretends to be someone else (including us),
- cheat, use bots or modified clients, exploit bugs, or attack or overload our servers,
- harass, threaten or scam other players,
- sell or trade accounts or in-game items for real money.
We may change names, reset scores, or suspend or delete accounts that break these rules. You can report a player from the game, and you can block anyone at any time.
Virtual items and purchases
In-game currencies and items have no real-world value, can't be exchanged for money, and are licensed to you, not sold. Our games currently use free demo purchases only. If real purchases are added, they'll be handled by Apple or Google under their refund rules.
Changes and availability
Games are updated over time, and we may change, balance or remove content. Online features depend on our server and may be unavailable at times. If we ever shut down an online feature, we'll try to give notice in the game first.
No warranty
Our games are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We don't promise they'll be error-free or always available.
Limits on liability
To the extent the law allows, Nothing Ordinary Studio isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost game progress, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (which, for free games, may be zero). Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be waived.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, USA, except where the law where you live says otherwise.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. Continuing to play means you accept the updated terms. Questions? Email support@nothingordinarystudio.com.
